SET YOUR WORKOUT
  • REACTIVITY TEST: This exercise verifies the user abilities on reaction. Arms and hands are the only involved. The user has to switch the lights following the speed system.
  • SIT UP: The classic abdominal exercise. In the eccentric movement the users have to switch off the lower lights with their hands.
  • PUNCH: The classic exercise for boxers. The users have to switch off the lights hitting them. Only the central panel is involved.
  • STAND UP: A sit up combined with a stand up on a bench. In standing position the users have to switch off the lower lights with their hands.
  • COGNITIVE TEST: This exercise verifies the user abilities to pair tasks and colours. Cognitive abilities are combined with speed execution.
  • COGNITIVE KNEE: This exercise verifies the user abilities on reaction. Arms and hands are the only involved. The user has to switch off the lights following the speed system.
  • SQUAT: Leg exercise, from a standing position to a squat. The system turns on the lights the user will have to switch off by hands.
  • PUSH UP: The users have to bend and stretch their arms to switch off the lights, using their chests or hands.
